Introducing QBE Foundation
QBE Foundation has a simple vision – to help people who are less fortunate begin to capitalise on their abilities and realise their full potential.
Launched in April 2011, we support vocational opportunities and initiatives around the world, encouraging individuals and groups to overcome disadvantages and live more independently and successfully.
We offer support in three key areas:
Educational opportunities: from reading programs and bursaries to technical assistance and more.
Work opportunities: including skills development and internships to micro financing.
Work-ready initiatives: from health and wellbeing programs to practical work-ready support.
It’s our aim to make a difference to communities both near and far in key areas that align with QBE’s vision and values – and we hope that you, our employees feel inspired to take part, either individually or as a team, to help us deliver real and lasting benefits.
